Our Commitment

Ogasa (com.ogasaairtime), developed by Ogasa Inc., is a social gifting and content platform. The safety of children is a non-negotiable priority. Ogasa Inc. maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy toward any content or behaviour that sexually exploits or abuses minors in any form.

Prohibition of Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE)

Ogasa explicitly prohibits any content, activity, or conduct that constitutes or facilitates child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including but not limited to:

• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) in any form
• Grooming, solicitation, or exploitation of minors
• Sexualisation of minors in images, video, text, or any other media
• Any communication designed to gain inappropriate access to a minor
• Sharing, distributing, or requesting CSAM

In-App Reporting Mechanism

Ogasa provides an in-app mechanism for users to report content or behaviour that violates these standards. Every post, profile, and message on the Ogasa platform includes a Report option accessible via the three-dot menu. All reports are reviewed by our moderation team and acted upon promptly.

How We Handle CSAM

Any content identified as child sexual abuse material (CSAM) is handled as follows:

• The content is immediately removed from the platform
• The account responsible is permanently banned
• All confirmed CSAM is reported to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) via the CyberTipline
• Relevant evidence is preserved and shared with law enforcement authorities as required by law

Legal Compliance

Ogasa Inc. complies with all applicable child safety laws and regulations, including but not limited to the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and applicable local laws in all jurisdictions where the app is available. We do not knowingly collect data from users under the age of 18.

Age Requirements

Ogasa is intended exclusively for users aged 18 and above. Accounts found to belong to users under 18 are suspended immediately upon discovery.
