1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using the Ogasa platform (website or mobile app), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use Ogasa.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Ogasa. By using the platform, you represent that you meet this requirement. Users under 18 must have parental or guardian consent.

3. Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must provide accurate and complete information when registering.
• You may not share, transfer, or sell your account to another person.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Post content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or offensive.
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation.
• Use the platform for spam, phishing, or fraudulent activities.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform or its infrastructure.
• Upload malware, viruses, or any malicious code.
• Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.

5. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of content you post on Ogasa. By posting content, you grant Ogasa Inc. a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to display, distribute, and promote that content within the platform. You represent that you have the right to post any content you submit.

6. Wallet and Transactions

• Wallet balances are denominated in Nigerian Naira (NGN) by default.
• All deposits and withdrawals are subject to processing fees as disclosed at the time of transaction.
• Ogasa is not a bank. Wallet balances are not insured by any government deposit scheme.
• We reserve the right to suspend transactions on accounts suspected of fraud.

7. Gifts and Points

Ogasa Points and virtual gifts have no cash value and cannot be withdrawn or transferred outside the platform. Points and gifts are non-refundable once sent.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or any behaviour that we determine is harmful to the platform or its users. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Ogasa is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free service. We are not liable for any loss of data, profits, or other damages arising from your use of the platform.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Ogasa after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify you of material changes by email or in-app notice.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Nigeria.
